Conceive a Girl – Here’s How

If you dream of sweeties in pink frocks and “saccharide, spice and everything nice”, then, you need to read on to arm yourself with the best way to conceive a girl.
As I have shared earlier in another article on the “3 Best Ways to Conceive a Boy”, you need to understand that now you are looking at “slowing down” the Y-sperm so that the X-sperm can make its way to the egg to conceive a girl.
The Battle of the Sexes
In the “battle of the sexes” between the X-sperm and the Y-sperm, you will want the bigger but longer living X-sperm to nudge its way into the egg so that you can conceive a girl. Heed that although the Y-sperm is soft, it is faster! So, make sure you make way for the slower but steadier X-sperm in order to have the best way to conceive a girl
First, during intercourse, do not penetrate deep. Keep it gentle and nearer to the entrance of the woman’s vagina which is more acidic. The Y-sperm do not seem to fare well in acidic environment. To achieve this more “shallow” penetration, try the missionary position if you want the best way to conceive a girl.
Secondly, is timing of intercourse. You may have regular intercourse as often as you enjoy it (daily if you and your spouse have the stamina) but, execute restraints when nearing ovulation. 3 days BEFORE ovulation, stop!
Then Give it a Break!
And, in the next few days after ovulation, take a break or at least, no unprotected intercourse so as to be on track for the best way to conceive a girl. This is so that you can give the longer-living X-sperm time to reach your egg.
Third, try to change to a diet that has plenty of acidic foods. Again, it goes back to the theory that an acidic environment is not conducive for the Y-sperm so, the X-sperm has a higher chance of victorious the race to the egg.
Your Diet Can Help You Conceive a Girl
As this is one of the best ways to conceive a baby girl, let me touch a little more on the 2 main groups of acidic and alkaline foods Examples of acidic food are meat, fish, prawns, chicken and bread. Alkaline foods include vegetables, milk, seaweeds, fruits (except plums, prunes and cranberries) and egg white.
If you are a coffee fan, you will take comfort that coffee is acidic! Be careful, though. Too much caffeine can hurt your chances of conceiving. So you see, whether the food is acidic or alkaline lies in the end product after our body systems have digested them; not the food per se. A note of precaution, an acidic diet may not be the best for everyone so, talk to your family doctor. or dietitian, before you embark on this diet change.
Hope you enjoy reading and all the best! In any event, just 2 cents worth from me: Count your blessings, be it a boy or a girl. As long as you can have a baby, you are already among the most fortunate women in the world! After all, what can be more precious than giving life!
And speaking of gifts: how about giving that beautiful Mom-to-Be a gift for her and her baby:Bellysonic, the world’s premier stereo speaker pouch for Moms-to-Be.
